Theater group seeks actors

The Collier County Museum is looking for a few good actors and
actresses to perform in a new theater company being launched in October.

The Historically Speaking Theatre Company will debut with a performance of “Killing Mister Watson.”

The performance marks the 100th anniversary of the vigilante murder of Edgar J. Watson by Chokoloskee residents, immortalized in Peter
Matthiessen’ book by the same name.

The season will also include one-woman shows depicting local heroines throughout Southwest Florida history.

For more information, call Mary Margaret Gruszka at 252-8287.
