Motel 2 wraps; premiere set for Monday

After a long three years, production on Motel 2 finally reached its conclusion on Wednesday night in Fort Myers. Stars Stuart Alexander and Tim Ritter joined writer/director Clay Sisk for an action-packed sequence that left Ritter with some aches and bruises.

Now Motel 2, the second project ever undertaken by 315 Films and co-founders Sisk and Ritter, will make its world premiere at next week's Intellectualization Monday at the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center in downtown Fort Myers. The event, which is part of Fort Myers Film Festival's ongoing series, will open its doors at 6:30 p.m., with festivities set to start at 7. The night will feature other short-film submissions to the festival, as well as live performances and celebrity judges, leading to the screening of Motel 2 and a cast-and-crew Q&A afterward. Admission is $5.

Motel 2 follows as a small group of killers and hoods descends on The Palms motel with murder on their minds. Written and directed by Clay Sisk, starring Stuart Alexander, Tim Ritter, Tom Smith, Mike Donlan, A.J. Collins, Stu Pepper, Michelle Collins, Trevor James and Charles Ballaro.
