Shaken wins at Fort Myers Film Festival

315 Films' Shaken won the inaugural Fort Myers Film Festival's Top Local Film award on Sunday, beating out more than 20 other handpicked films from the area. The award was presented at Sunday's Black Tie Event at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, with director Pat Mitchell, star/producer Tim Ritter and sound man Ryan Sharp on hand to accept. Stuart Alexander, the writer and star, joined the crew later at Mona Lisa's for a rambunctious afterparty.

Shaken, filmed on a $200 budget in early 2010, follows Frank as he turns to old friend and renowned ladies' man Sonny to help him get back on his feet after being dumped. The film also stars Gabriella Lennep, Marty Wisher and Elizabeth Smith.
