Remedy enjoyed a warm reception Dec. 19 at the Fort Myers Film Festival's Intellectualization Monday screening series at the Sidney and Berne Davis Art Center. Critics and fans debated the labrynthine meaning beneath the puzzle-like narrative, while cast and crew provided their own insight afterwards. On hand were writer-director Pat Mitchell, cinematographer Perry Wilson, producer Tim Ritter, sound man Ryan Sharp and castmembers Mitchell Jacobs, Shawn Genther and, briefly, Stuart Alexander.
Remedy follows a special team sent where others cannot go, to complete a mission — and a kill — which they failed once before. Written and directed by Pat Mitchell, starring Stuart Alexander, Tony Berry, Joanna Horton, Shawn Genther, Mitchell Jacobs, Jenny Marrero and A.J. Collins.
